GREG RUSEDSKI AT WIMBLEDON
The weather has made this year's Wimbledon Championships one of the most difficult there has ever been.

The scheduling has been quite unfair on certain players and there really should have been play on the middle Sunday.

It is unacceptable to have third-round matches being played on the second Wednesday of a Grand Slam tournament.

Thankfully we won't have those problems when the roof finally goes on Centre Court in 2009.

The weather and scheduling has been especially unfair on the likes of Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic.

Roger Federer, though, is one man who has benefited massively from the rain delays.

He enjoyed a long lay-off and I think he is certain to make the final.

But it is the bottom half of the draw where I see the real excitement happening.

Evidently the arduous schedule Nadal has had to cope with didn't affect his tennis in his win over Tomas Berdych.

But we will have to wait and see if it will all catch up with him.

As for the women, Justine Henin looks destined to finally win at Wimbledon.

I fully expect her to see off Marion Bartoli today and set up an intriguing clash with either Venus Williams or Ana Ivanovic.

Venus is such a great grass court player and that gives her a slight edge over the young Serb.

But Ivanovic proved a lot by getting to the final of the French Open last month and is a big threat.

I've really enjoyed being in the BBC commentary box for the first time this year.

It hasn't made me feel that nervous.

To be honest, I found playing tennis a lot more nerve-wracking than talking you through the action.

Fortunately the team around the BBC are very professional and it has helped that since I retired I've been able to put my feet up in front of the TV and watch a lot of tennis.

Enjoy the action (rain permitting!),

Greg
